SavVATS company offers a strip made on our own longitudinal and transverse metal cutting lines. This high-tech equipment provides precision longitudinal cutting of galvanized steel sheet or other metal.
We offer to buy a strip with thickness from 0.4 to 6 mm. Strips, the production of which has been established at our enterprise, is widely used in the manufacture of air ducts, packaging for various materials, etc. In the last case, metal strips are optimal for providing reliable protection of the transported cargo from external influences.
The main advantages of the strip:
high material strength. Strips are able to maintain their appearance after exposure to shock loads;
immunity to corrosion and other environmental factors;
there will be no dents on the surface of the products packed with strip;
ease of use of the strip.
We offer several types of strip:
galvanized steel strip with thickness from 0.4 to 3.0 mm;
hot-rolled steel strip with thickness from 1.5 to 6.0 mm;
cold-rolled steel strip with thickness from 0.4 to 3.0 mm.
We offer self-produced steel strip with width from 30 mm to 750 mm.
We produce strips on our own longitudinal and transverse metal cutting lines (two lines installed in Kyiv, one in Mariupol). SavVATS has been providing longitudinal and transverse metal cutting services of steel coils since 1992.
Roll width can be up to 1500 mm, and length of the resulting sheet can be up to 10000 mm (length of the strip is unlimited).
We offer a high quality strip, the price per ton of which depends on many factors: thickness, width, quantity, surface quality, number of passes, etc.
The price of cutting a coil into strips is:
for one pass - from 350 UAH per ton;
for two passes - from 700 UAH per ton.
