Equal angles bent u-profiles DSTU 8808: 2018
U-profile it's a metal beam (bent profile), which in cross-section resembles the letter "U". A bent profile is a metal blank, which takes the required profiled form by using roll forming equipment. Bent profiles can be L-profiles (equal/unequal angles ), U-, Z- and C-profiles, and also special profiles for car building.
On order, we produce U-profiles with a width up to 300 mm and height up to 100 mm (steel grade S235JR or S355JR).
Our company has established our own production of economical lightweight bent U-profiles made of different steel grades: alloy structural steel (S325JR-S345JR), non-alloy quality carbon steel (S235JR-S275JR), non-alloy quality steel (DC01). U-profile thickness from 2 to 6 mm. We offer a wide range of sizes: from No. 3 to No. 30 according to DSTU 8806: 2018. The innovative solutions used by us in the construction of buildings/structures contribute to a significant decrease in pressure on the foundation by reducing the weight of the structure, which saves up to 30% of your budget.
