Center metal center of LLC "SavVATS" is one of the Ukrainian companies developing its own production for many years.
We established manufacturing of the metal constructions based on the own-produced roll-formed channel bars, roll-formed angles, corrugated galvanized sheets and strips. The company is equipped with the welded beam line, widely used for construction and for metal construction manufacturing.
During the years of work we gained a valuable experience, expanded our production capacities, and increased our product quality through the process automation and optimization. Our professional team is ready to implement any your project.

LEROY MERLIN Commercial Center (Kyiv)

 

The total weight of metal constructions: 780 ton. 

LEROY MERLIN Commercial Center is a group of one-storied heated rectangular multi-span structures that are interconnected and fastened; axial overall dimensions: 138х126.5m. 
The height to the bottom of supporting structures in the one-storied part of the main building is 7,05m. The height of attic overhead cover is 4,765 m. The overhead cover supported on the beam system is a reinforced concrete span, with 75mm metal corrugated sheet as a stay-in-place formwork. The covering is made of goffered steel sheets put over ledgers. Shallow pitch roof with the indoor water outlet.
The column space is variable and longitudinally is equal to 6.2 m, 9.3 m and 18.6 m, transversely - 24 m and 6 m. The net of columns under the attic overhead cover is 6.5х9.3 and 4,5х9,3m.

The building frame consists of the columns rigidly mounted with the foundation, of the overhead cover beams rigidly mounted and pin-ended on the roof truss columns and secondary truss columns and of the covering beams. The ledgers made of hot-rolled channel bars bearing the covering goffered sheets are supported by the covering trusses and beams.

The lateral stability of the building is assured thanks to the total operation on horizontal loads of the flat-topped frames, consisting of the frame columns pin-connected with the roof truss, as well as to the rigidly connected attic overhead cover beams; while the longitudinal load is guaranteed by the total operation of the vertical interconnections and of the columns rigidly restrained in the foundation. The vertical and horizontal connections provide the geometry control during the construction installation as well. The building designed shape stability is provided by the covering rigid disc consisting of the covering goffered sheets connected with ledgers, and with the attic overhead covering disc.
The column design: welded I-beams and hot-rolled channel bars. 
The attic covering beams design: welded I-beams.
The roof truss columns and secondary truss, ledgers, horizontal connections over the covering, and vertical connection design: twin angles.

Crane Trestle Reconstruction (Mariupol)

The total weight of metal constructions: 450 ton.

The crane trestle reconstruction in Mariupol is implementation of the project of the covering metal construction erection. The building includes three bays of 24m, to the maximal length 88m. The column design: singlestep columns, longitudinal space - 12 m. The maximal height to the bottom of the covering bearing structures - 15.8 m. The three bays of the building are equipped with cranes of loading capacity 20 ton.

2. Design concepts.

The building frame consists of the columns rigidly mounted with the foundation, and of the erection trusses pin-supported on the columns. The ledgers made of hot-rolled channel bars bearing the covering goffered sheets are supported by the covering trusses.

Art-Pavilion

The total weight of metal constructions: 60 ton.
This is an intricate shape architectural object. The roof design is represented by a 3D concave disk, dia 26 m, resting on three supports in the box cross-section. All metal constructions used in this building frame are made of welded beams.
